Welcome to the Alabama Business Directory, owned and operated by ACTT Automotive Group and sponsored by Alabama Live Travel. By accessing, browsing, or using our directory and related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Business Listings and Subscriptions

Businesses may purchase a listing subscription to be featured in the Alabama Business Directory. Listings are intended for legitimate companies located in or serving Alabama. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates our policies.

3. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to early cancellations, unused time, or removal due to violating our guidelines.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not renew.

5. Advertising Guidelines

We strictly allow business-related ads only. No provocative, political, adult, or misleading content will be accepted. All content must be professional, respectful, and suitable for all audiences.

6. Accuracy of Information

Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the information in their listings. We are not liable for any outdated or incorrect information presented by third parties.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our directory service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alabama Business Directory, Alabama Live Travel, and Preview Auto are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued site use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
